Ingredients: Wheat flour, Skimmed milk powder, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Rasing Agents (Citirc Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate) and Permitted Anti-oxidant E320.

Directions:  Add in parts 50-60ml (1fl.oz) water to the Gulab Jamun mix, kneading into a soft and smooth dough. Apply Ghee/Oil onto both palms and then shape into 20 round and smooth jamuns without cracks from the dough. Deep fry in Ghee/Oil on medium to low heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil. Soak jamuns in hot sugar syrup for 30 minutes.
