Gits Rava Idli Mix

Rava Idli Mix is a combination of semolina (ground wheat) and lentil flours. These South Indian steamed rice cakes can be eaten any time of the day. They are often paired with sambhar and coconut chutney. The Rava Idli Mix is combined with water to make a thick batter.
