Palm Sugar is a common ingredient found in many Asian kitchens, mainly used in Thai dishes. Cock’s Palm Sugar is made from ripened fruits of palm trees. Though this is a Thai product, it is very common in almost Asian dishes. It is also known as Jaggery Goor in Indian cookery.
