Garcinia Cambogia (Goraka in Sinhala) is exported largely in the form of dried fruit, this specific spice is available in masses in the country of Sri Lanka.

When extracted Garcinia Cambogia yield 20% to 30% of Hydroxy Citric Acid Salts of various specifications. An enzyme known as Citric acid lysase is needed to synthesize fatty acids known as de novo lipogenesis which leads in weight loss.
