Achar Gosht Recipe (Meat in Pickling Spices’ Curry) Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef) 1 kg Yoghurt (beaten) 2 – 3 cups (500 gms) Green Chillies large 8-10 one side slit Fully ripped Tomatoes cut in pieces 5 -6 medium sized (500 gms) Fresh Lemon (for juice) 1 – 2 or bottled lemon juice 2Tbs. Cooking Oil/Ghee 1 – 1 1/2 cup (200 gms) Laziza Achar Gosht Masala one bag only Easy Steps 1. Take 1-2 tablespoons of Laziza Achar Gosht Masala from (one bag), mix with lemon juice and fill in the slitted green chillies. 2. Fry meat and tomatoes in oil/ghee for 10 minutes. 3. Then put yoghurt and remaining laziza acharย masala of one bag and cook for further 10 minutes while stirring. 4. Now add 1-2 glasses of water, cover and cook till tender (In case of chicken do not add water). 5. Put masala filled green chillies and cook on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes. Achar Gosht of unique taste is ready! Achari Qeema Minced Meat (Chicken, Mutton or Beef) 1 kg Green Chillies large 8-10 one side slit Yoghurt beaten 1/2 cup (100 gms) Onion medium sized 1 (finely sliced) Fresh Lemon (for juice) 1 -2 or bottled lemon juice 2 tablespoons Ghee/Oil 1 1/2 cup (250 gms) Laziza Achar Gosht Masala one bag only Easy Steps 1. Take 1-2 tablespoons of Laziza Achar Gosht Masala from (one bag), mix with lemon juice and fill in the slitted green chillies. 2. Fry sliced onion in ghee/oil for few minutes. Add minced meat and remaining quantity from one bag of Laziza Achar Gosht Masala. Fry for 10-15 minutes while stirring. 3. Add whipped yoghurt & mix. Place masala filled green chillies, cover & cook on low flame until tender & ghee/oil separates. (If not tender add 1 – 2 cups of water).
